Through technology upgrading, 82% of the clinker comprehensive energy consumption of Jidong enterprises reached the advanced level of the industry, among which 11 enterprises reached the industry benchmark level, some enterprises achieved 100% replacement of carbonate raw materials, and the fuel replacement rate of the two enterprises in Beijing reached 20%. At the same time, Jidong continuously develops the environmental protection industry, promotes the green transformation and upgrading of enterprises, transforms the social value and position, and gradually become an essential part of the construction of a "waste-free city", thereby to promote the optimization of the whole social material flow.

With the development and application of a large number of energy-saving and carbon reduction technologies, Jidong has formed a highly effective list of green and low-carbon technologies, and the intensity of carbon emission continuously decrease. Jidong's "comprehensive technology of substituting high calorific value hazardous wastes for cement kiln fuel" was awarded as " Industrial Energy-Saving Transformation Technology of National Industrial Energy Saving Process". Intelligent low-carbon and key technologies have been successfully applied to the ten thousand tons production line of Tongchuan Company, completing the intelligent operation of the whole process from the approach of raw combustion materials to the delivery of finished products. Through the industry's first multi-data fusion digital twin plant, real-time analysis of energy-saving and consumption reduction data, comprehensive energy consumption optimization has been realized, and the intensity of carbon emission has reached the domestic advanced level; Through continuous innovation and practice, the low-carbon clinker has been successfully researched and developed. Based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption and vacuum desorption, the CO2 capture and utilization technology of flue gas from kiln tails was successfully developed, and the carbon capture and utilization (CCU) demonstration line was built.
